Biggest Morning Tea

Each year the CRC holds The Biggest Morning Tea. This event raises funds to help people affected by cancer. A great time to gather with friends and workmates, share delicious food and raise funds. This event occurs in May.

International Volunteers Day

International Volunteers Day is held on the 5 December, a day of celebration and recognition of the assistance the Centre gets from all the volunteers. We award one special volunteer who has been outstanding, going beyond their role, giving that extra time, effort and dedication to our community.

International Men’s Day

IMD is held on 19th November. A Day to thank the men in our community for their contribution to make the lives of others better in some way. The CRC has celebrated this day for the past 7 years awarding individuals or groups for their community involvement.

Cupcake Day

This fundraising event has been a great opportunity for the members of the Centre to have cake and donate to the RSPCA and assist in helping fight animal cruelty with cupcakes!

Senior’s Week

For over 16 years our members have been involved in organising events for Senior’s Week. An event for those over 55 to come together, either a festival, luncheon or activity that includes entertainment, healthy information and easy exercise, promotion for local services and other fun things to do as well as make new friendships.
